The Dean of Orwell School of Communications & Media Studies, Dr. Sammy Adrian Ajufo has announced the immediate renaming of the highest policy making body of the institution from Central Management Council to Governing Council. The sweeping change also included the expansion of the Council seats from 4 to 5, with Non-Executive Director of the parent holding company - Orwell Education Advisory - Mrs. Otuomasirichi Moore stepping into the Governing Council as its representative. Mrs. Otuomasirichi Moore is a HR, Administrative & Sales professional with over 7 years experience. She is married to Joshua Moore and they are blessed with a daughter. Also, Dr. John Nkamiang has been appointed the Vice Chairman of the Governing Council, and will be handed new responsibilities to lead the highest decisiona and policy making body of the institution. The Chairman of the Governing Council, Dr. Ajufo has hinted that there will be further expansion of the Council to include new seats, as well as the establishment of an Advisory Council and a Board of Trustees in the nearest future, to help steer the organization to faster winds, greater speeds and greater heights.
